I don't know what causes it and also not what fixes it, sometimes refreshing seems enough but sometimes I also straight up have to close Google Chrome.
Sometimes when using delay (and I think also certain effects) the instruments play, but with not effects or delay, those do play however, but noticably later (and waaay too late ofcourse).
You could also say the delay (and reverb) is delayed, hence the name of this post.
(P.S.: it tends to not occur on all instruments at the same time, even if all instruments have the same effects, sometimes it only delays the delay on a certain instrument.)
