What is this? How do i fix it? HELP

(I'm new to this website btw) i was trying to import a Midi file to a sequence, until i noticed this weird "bar" in every instrument tile, it appears it's a volume thing. But i don't know how to use it or turn the volume to normal...

Yeah, that's "velocity" or individual note volumes. You can edit it by selecting the notes and using alt -/+ or alt scroll-wheel. You can reset it to default with alt 0.
