Some guy is walking next to the ammu-nation, but, he has a FLAMETHROWER, There is just no way he would get that! He sprays fire on the road, the insane traffic is happening, uhmmmm... uncommonly. The people keep dying, the cars keep exploding, the more cars they explode, the more chaotic the city gets, and yes, cars keep crashing, and it's anybody's game.
