Overly long sequences

I'll get straight to the point.
In one of my recent playlists, the first sequence has a duration of around 2 minutes, or 44 measures at 80-ish BPM.

The following songs last dramatically less, at around 47 seconds and 28-ish seconds each... but both of them don't transition into the next song until the sequence hits the 44th measure.

I dunno if this is a bug, a feature, or an overlooked interaction between playlists and sequences, but i just wanted to point it out.
