Autoscroll Bug (Now fixed; I'm an idiot)

Hello everybody. I have a problem.

In one of my sequences, when I want to modify it, and I always set the auto scroll: fast, it sets the autoscroll to follow! Even if I put the autoscroll on smooth, off or fast, the autoscroll remains in follow. If anyone knows how to fix this I would be very grateful.
