Electric Guitar Detue Bug

If you use the key board, The note will sound like normal. But if you use de tune and place a note on the piano roll, it sound different from when I play the key board. Please fix. Thank you

Ok. If you wanted to here a preview, before placing notes that are de tuned, will it work with the other instruments? If not for the Electric guitar, when using keyboard and note placing notes then, something is wrong.
