Random change in audio quality

The audio quality of some my productions just randomly dropped late sept 2024, the quality only drops when you export as an MP3 and you can clearly hear the difference when listening to an old production of mine compared to a newer one, I was wondering if there is a way to get consistent high audio quality when exporting a production into an MP3 file

That's because MP3 files use lossy compression to make the file size smaller. If you want the highest quality, export as a WAV file; it uses lossless compression, but is a bigger file size. (Yep, I just used a semicolon there; I was feeling fancy today.)
