Sequence Title Format Nitpick

I like the new format with the shading on sequence titles, but on my featured list (which includes lots of thumbnails) it can look pretty ugly. 

Could the devs please make the shading only appear when you hover over the sequence?

(Don’t even give me that ‘just don’t use thumbnails’ business)
