Advice on Mixing

Hello, I am just trying to figure out all of the different EQs and Mixing on OnlineSequencer, anybody got advice on where to start and what to play around with?

I would say to mess with the eq to learn what the different frequencies feel like, so you can get a more accurate sound of what you want

The EQ cutoffs are 100hz, 573hz (I think), and 3000hz. High and Low are shelves and mid is a peaking filter. Not sure if this is helpful
