Yep. it's been a few weeks since i posted this. still not fixed.

OS is run by unpaid volunteers who have lives. Don't expect bugs to be fixed immediately.

I'm not on OS. I mainly use a laptop for it. I even tested it on another device, which while it was a little buggy, didn't have any muted instruments, and that device is an Android tablet. so I'm guessing they either plan to make this just a mobile app and discontinue it for computers and laptops because it still isn't fixed. or they just don't want to deal with fixing it. Also, I'm not suggesting they add any instruments. I'm saying that quite a few instruments have been muted for no good reason on my laptop.

also this might just be a problem with your laptop because no one else is having this issue. and if you say that the instruments do work on other devices then you can use common sense and deduce that the problem is one specific device. so don't put the blame on other people

I tried it with another browser since I usually use Chrome, and it worked just fine. I'm guessing it's just some sort of problem on Google's end.

I recently got a new laptop, and this one has even more issues with OS. Both browsers are having this same issue it was having on Chrome on my school laptop, so I can confirm it's not something on Google's end or Microsoft's. It's most likely an issue with OS itself being outdated since it's been around for approximately fourteen years. I suggest you all find a newer sequencer that doesn't have these problems.
