Suggestion: Loop Point Setting

Have you ever wanted to cover a looping track, but it happens to have a short intro that isn't included in the loop?

I'm proposing a setting that would allow users to select a point to repeat from when the audio player reaches the end of the sequence. For example, instead of repeating from the beginning, you could set it to repeat from measure 5 on the second and all subsequent loops. It's a tool that I would find useful, and I'm sure there are many others that would agree.

If you have anything to say on the matter, feel free to drop in with your ideas below.

Not just this, but loops (patterns, whatever they're called) in general would be phenomenal. I don't browse the forums here, but I'm sure it's a common request to add repeatable patterns so that the same notes don't need to be placed or copy/pasted over and over and over again.

But yes, being able to set a loop point would be very nice, as many songs, like you mentioned, do indeed have one-time intros.

I've requested this in one of my previous posts. This would be a very useful feature that would result in smaller-sized and faster-loading sequences.
