this has only happened when i am switching tabs to online sequencer, the notes get glitchy and you can draw thing with them

It's happened to me like once but it was a long time ago -- I'm not sure what caused it but I might have restarted my computer or changed some browser settings and then it worked again

Never had that but it sounds like the browser canvas is not refreshing properly which is mostly caused by the browser scripts not working properly anymore. Should be fixable by restarting the browser and not having to many other tabs and applications open at the same time.
