MPE for OS!

I think we should resample all the instruments with 127 velocity layers for each MPE parameter to give a wider range of expression on OS. Also we should probably add a polyphonic modular synthesizer with wavetable, FM capable oscillators and modulatable parameters connected via virtual patch cords. A few of the better Kontakt libraries optimized for browser use would be great too.

I understand this may be a little bit difficult to do so I will wait, but I expect it to be added by at least next week
