Suggestion: Make a Scroll Feature that is Constantly Scrolling

New Scroll Feature Idea
Constantly Scrolling or Relative Scrolling:
The idea would be that the screen would constantly scroll until the end of the song, and the speed of the scrolling would hopefully be able to be calculated by using the sequence's BPM value. The blue tick/placement line during this type of scroll method would appear to be stationary, as the screen would be moving at the same speed as this blue line, which is why it might also be called "relative scrolling."

Meh what do you think? I'm sure that fox, Liam, and Jacob could easily figure out how to do this :3

As things stand now, implementing this would be super laggy. Refactoring how the sequence view is drawn is on our todo list, as there's a bunch of issues related to how it's currently drawn (eg lag while zooming). If we can eliminate zoom/scroll lag, then this sort of scrolling would be easy to implement. We know how to do this rewrite, it's just a bunch of work, so no one has had time to do it yet.
