Cant upload midi file

When I try to upload midi files to edit it tells me "Error uploading file". The file I'm trying to upload has been uploaded numerous times previously without issue. I've also tested with other files that I 100% know works fine because they are complete and have been uploaded before. None of them are uploading now. I just want to confirm that the issue isnt with my computer?

See attached image, those are the files im trying to upload. They all worked previously. Now after attempting to upload it tells me "error uploading file". |
