Minor ⇄ Major glitches

Starting from B major: notes placed outside of valid range, disables playback
Starting from C#, D# & G# major: C became B, but an octave too high
Starting from C#, D# & G# minor: B became C, but an octave too low


All were tested on Opera GX with a 12 tone chromatic C scale w/ extra C
