Add Multiple Time Signature per Song

There are a few songs that people have made throughout the years that have multiple time signatures. I would like it if you could edit songs to have multiple time signatures so you can go from 2/4 to 5/4 or something along those lines. It would be helpful to make songs like Rush - Tom Sawyer (4/4 to 7/8), Hey Ya! - Outkast (Technically 11/4), and Devil Trigger - Casey Edwards (3/4 to 9/8).

This feature has been requested before, but it's too niche for how difficult it would be to implement. The time signature just changes the background grid, so you can just ignore the grid and write the song anyway.

For an 11/4 song you can just open the JS console and type "setTimeSig(11)".
