A parametric EQ and compressor would be nice as well
Each effect is basically its own bus and with the reverbs at least you can 'send' with the reverb slider, effectively mixing each instrument send to the reverb, but no other than that there is no bussing, grouping nor sends.
OS is a simple platform and things like paramentric EQ and compression aren't really necessary for the kind of work that is done here. Despite the simplicity it is quite amazing what actually can be created on this site.
Personally I would like to see meters and peaks though, as it would be much easier for us to diagnose any clipping. This I would find much more useful than any compressor. Indeed, handing a compressor to the vast majority of the users here would be like handing the keys to an army tank to a 6 year old. They would just destroy their mix not knowing the first thing about what a compressor does or what all the knobs do.
I remixed the remix. Now it's back to normal. ~Mitch Hedberg
I would say parametric EQ would be very useful here, there are some nasty frequencies in some of the instruments that I can't remove with the 3 band. Perhaps you don't know much about compressors, they are much more useful than analyzzers such as peak meters, as you can hear everything the analyzers display, if you listen for it. Would be nice to see them both added, however

I hate how janky the EQ is. Modifying the mid modifies how the low end functions as well. In FL's EQ, everything has their section. OS's eq tends to blend the waveform a bit.
