BPM not changing

whenever i tried to change the bpm for example: 1. the BPM actually does it's job for like 1 second then changes back to the previous BPM. its stuck to 150 and i cant change it.

yeah the problem is, is that you have to change the BPM whilst the cursor is hovering on it
