Notes don't clear out

I was doing a project and I had a lot of os tabs open, and I noticed that suddenly it wasn't clearing away the previous frame.
   
I drew some things in it.
Basically, it turned into an Etch-a-Sketch.

so basically yeah? there is this thing yeah? called a "refresh button" which in short, solves out all your problems! yeah it's crazy!
