Too many connections?

So, I've been trying to get onto Online Sequencer, but a lot of the time, the whole website just says "Too many connections to the server. Try again later!" I just want to know why it happens in the first place, and if somebody can fix this. Thank you!

It means that too many people are online. :\

This website runs on a server with a limited amount of space, so naturally the website cannot be reached when that space is filled up.
