Bug where playlist icons wont update correctly

I came across a familiar bug that I pointed out last year to no dev response.

In this bug, I had an icon uploaded already but I wanted to replace it with a different icon. I deleted the old icon and uploaded a new one but it brought back the old icon.

1. Open playlist

2. Delete icon

3. Upload different icon

The only current work-around i know is to delete the icon, wait at least 24 hours, then upload the new one.
