Changing password

I would like to relog the account to another device, but I do not remember the password for this account nor do I have it saved anywhere, so if I lose access to this device, I will also lose the account. I have a question - how could I change my password? I'm not very knowledgeable about OS and I don't know where else I could ask for help.

There is a reset password thing that sends a link to your E-Mail.

PLEASE write down your passwords on physical media, it solves so many headaches and lost accounts

I follow the instructions in "change password", but nothing is sent to me by e-mail. But they sent me an e-mail with two links and an activation code. I go to the links, enter these things correctly, but nothing works.
