tabs in simple options

when opening the Show Options' Simple tab (to handle all instrument volume, delay, reverb, and lock) the instruments are all visibly cluttered with some systems unable to display the entire window forcing you to drag it. i suggest to make subtabs (organized the same way as the instrument dropdown panel) so the respective instruments are both grouped and shown only when selected

A huge UI update is in progress that will completely rework that part of the UI, moving it all to the sidebar, and making it far more efficient to use in general
