Instruments and Effects Not Loading

When loading a song, the website will finish loading but the necessary instruments and effects are never loaded. The progress bar will appear, but never progress. It's like the api isn't getting triggered at all and it gets stuck at step 0. I'm not a coder but this seems like a code issue to me if not an unusual user-side issue.

Reloading causes the website to reload, which doesn't trigger the instruments and effects to load, as we established.

question, did you try Ctrl-Shift-R before saying this? ctrl-shift-r has a different function than ctrl-r, it resets your cache, which is different from reloading the page

I'm on a school chromebook, but the website loads just fine. Just not the instruments.
