Softwares I use to make YTPMV/OTOMADs (音MADs aka soundMADs) audios on a chromebook are from Jukeebox, BandLab, and Melobytes.
For iPad (iOS 26.3.1), I use CapCut, Kinemaster, Alight Motion for visuals & GarageBand, AudioStretcher for sampled audios. (trying out FL Studio Mobile as of now, hopefully I'd get the gist of it)
