The Prestige Group is building a new ultra-luxury apartment complex called Prestige Springwood. It will be located in the high-growth area of Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, close to the Kempegowda International Airport. It took up 2 acres of land, with only 20% being used for building and 80% being left open.
