Bill notices his Scotch Tape still there... the "𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝒢𝓇𝑒𝑒𝓃-𝒫𝑒𝒶𝓃𝓊𝓉𝓉𝑒𝓇 𝐼𝓃𝒸𝒾𝒹𝑒𝓃𝓉" left a few tiny flames here and there... so he has to be cautious, but he goes and grabs the scotch tape...
M17-24 So, he goes on, trying to think how to go about this situation... plan to plan, none really fit Bill's way of living... if anything, he is everything BUT normal...
M25-40
He picks up some wood n stuff and tries to place it down, but he keeps getting "𝒟𝒜𝑀 𝒮𝒫𝐿𝐼𝒩𝒯𝐸𝑅𝒮", in the words of Bill the man himself...
Then he grabs a sledge hammer trying to hit wood together, and of course, this does NOT work at all...
So since he obliterated all of his neighbors, he has no help, and help would take too long, besides, Bill isn't one looking for help...
And obviously he starts getting a bit frustrated, the news people think he's going insane because he's yelling at a piece of wood.

And now, Bill hops into his car, yet again to go to get some supplies...

You'd be mistaken, the radioactive peanutbutter reached the stores, he realized they were intact some how, he realized then...

THEY HAD BILL TAPE... AH THEY ARE SO SMART, HOW DID BILL NOT THINK ABOUT THIS BEFORE??
He sits for hours there getting every single piece of tape off the building, and brings it... "home?". Idk anymore...
