prelude in d major "nocturne"
constant surrounding of tonic and dominant
written to evoke the feeling of a nocturne with the arpeggiated bass etc.
this prelude has a constant pedal tone
i have always preferred d major over the other keys, hence the sinfonie op 57, and i feel like this wasnt enough, so here is a longer prelude to give the key justice
theme 1 (1 - 8)
theme 2 (9 - 16)
development (17 - 22)
theme 2 (23 - 24)
sudden restatement of theme 1 in the high register (25 - 26)
theme 2 (27 - 30)
coda (31 - 38)
yea i wrote this in 1 hour, so what?
i will add colors later
