This song takes place when Doggers and Catters creatures come to realize that Dogcters is the perfect place for them to be together. Dogcters has half dogs and half cats in its population. With Billy and Nero coming together to realize that Dogcters is the perfect place for both species to live together with. But some cats didn't want to leave Catters and some dogs didn't want to leave Doggers. This led to some cats going to Dogcters and some dogs going there too. A new species was also made from a dog and a cat, resulting in a hybrid of the two animals. Dogs and cats thought this was perfect for a ruler in Dogcters, so a black and white dog-cat hybrid named Oreo was the first leader of Dogcters, getting advice from Billy and Nero. Although, seeing a dog-cat hybrid is rare outside of Oreo's bloodline because mutations started to prevent from this species ever existing outside of Oreo's bloodline.
Bolt, which is also ChloryCat's son and ChrisDog's nephew, is the god of Dogcters. He grew up at Catters, and is currently just a puppy. He's a white Shiba Inu with brown eyes, a brown nose, and orange ears. He has powers similar to his mother, and his powers are colored cyan. Bolt doesn't have a dad, ChloryCat gave birth on her own due to her divinity.
