Vanice and Arebis
Named after a planet and its moon from my Star Wars fanfiction, Vanice and Arebis is rather unique among my compositions. Most of my songs are made up as I go, but I got about 16 measures into this piece and decided to do something different.
I broke the song down into five "sections": Measures 1-49, measures 50-66, measures 67-89, measures 90-131, and measures 132 to the end. Each of the first four sections were composed independently and then put together, with the fifth section combining all four as the climax of the song.
Although I am very proud of this song, it was far from perfect, with the fourth section not being at all what I had originally wanted because I couldn't get it right at the time. Additionally, the song became rather outdated as OS updated. These led me to make Vanice and Arebis Remastered, a much-improved version of this song.
