Chat is a feature on OS, built in the fall of 2013. It is used to chat with other users from Online Sequencer. In order to prevent spam, a 5 second cooldown is put in place.
Requirements
One must create an account on OS, and wait 24 hours before posting for spam and security reasons.
Mutes
If a user misbehaves in chat, moderators have the right to mute these users. It can vary between a few minutes to a week or even permanently, depending on the rule and severity. Until 2021, permanent mutes didn't exist.
