Submitted Password Reset, But Never Get Credential Report in Email??

I've been trying to get back into my original account, but it won't let me. I've tried checking my spam folder, looked in my blocked accounts (I have none), and it won't appear.

I still have emails from another time I couldn't remember my password and tried filtering through that, but... It's like they're stuck or something.

Any advice?

This happened to me as well. Hopefully Jacob_ will fix it, also are you sure the E-Mail is spelled perfectly? that may be a problem as well.

I know my email was spelled correctly; I looked back over it very carefully...

Also, if my account was banned, I kinda think it's weird I didn't get any messages about it. The songs I made on here are also still available to listen to, so...

Is there any update on this? I'm currently logged out on my main pc and I have to use my laptop to write this comment. I've tried asking for a password reset but no email comes through.. It's annoying because I've invested alot of time into this website and I don't want to see it go down the drain because of a bug.

I know someone reading this is probably thinking I can change my password because im signed in on this laptop, I can't, I've tried. The saved password that's on this laptop is an incorrect password meaning i can't change it because it isn't my 'current' password.

Thing is I accidentally cleared the cookies using ccleaner without unticking my browser that was logged in on it so
