I found it through the subreddit /r/TipOfMyTongue where people try to help each other jog their memories about something. People often use Online Sequencer to convey what song/melody they are trying to remember.

I was doing a music challenge where i use online DAWs. When i was searching for "online daw", i came across this site and made my first sequence... Despite it being a very well known piano piece, i didn't see anyone recreate it so i decided to just go for it. And then ever since i just continued to make music on here before going on a break for a few months or so.

I joined because I wanted to cover pieces or songs or an entire OST. I found it because of searching "make music online" after my curiosity about FL Studio after I learned about how Undertale music was made. I didn't want to get FL Studio though, so uh...yeah.

I was looking for an alternative when I used Everyone Piano 2016. I found Online Sequencer and I am still here!

It was a while after I started making music and I thought I would look up some online alternatives to the stuff I used. Lo and behold, OS was the first one to come up and I used it anonymously (and very rarely) from 2017-October 19th, 2019, when I made this account.

I started in October 2023 looking for a music app to make rock songs on and stumbled upon this website. I grew better at my songs every time i make a song. I didn't know how to post a song until December 2023. I posted a lot of songs quickly. Here is my first song ever on Online Sequencer. |
