Recover Sequence

I was working on a sequence, and finally finished it. I published it, and forgot to add the title. Instead of trying to edit the sequence, I was stupid and deleted it. Is it possible to recover the sequence, because it took way too long to finish, and I don't want to have to do it again. Sequence:

There is a URL you can put in with your sequece nuber to get it back but I forget the URL
