You don't need to download chat logs. Chat is supposed to be transient. Learn to let go of the past.

You will get banned for doing that (I'm with Liam on this). In fact, why do you want to download the chat logs? It's extremely not cool.

I mean you could probably get ChatGPT or Gemini to generate you some code to web scrape but yeah like the others said its probably not the best thing to do in a way
