I don't know enough about music to give you an answer for that.

Bentoonie commented it sounds like 6/8, but the time signature menu only goes up to 5/4

6/8 is interchangeable with 3/4, so it is not an unusual time signature for the sake of this contest.

I'm not entirely sure what time signature this piece is in. 12/4? 12/8?

Whatever it is, it's not ordinary 4/4 or 3/4.
