when you lock all instruments, the markers aren't affected by that so wouldnt it be cool if when you lock one instrment, it locks the instrument's marker properties too? i mean that's the reason locks exist, except they only apply to instruments and not markers.
like if you had a ***** ton of markers integrated within other bigger markers and want to delete or move them, you'd just have to lock the other instruments so that you'd be able to select the specific markers you're looking for. i think that's one step closer towards better marker management and it wouldn't be too hard to code in imo.
