Not more keys, but instead of the Pitch tool going by just semitones, it goes by micro tones.

Wow, this fixes that horribly out of tune guitar (somewhat).

Although it's incredibly difficult to get the exact fine number that you need trying to move the slider 1 pixel at a time. Is there a way to just type in the number? This is very frustrating.

If you were talking about Distorted Guitar Sustain, sorry about the guitar being out of tune. I built that guitar myself so its not great. There is a way to do it with console but I am not sure how
