All three of your organ suggestions are actually the exact same organ (Hammond B3), and can be created using sine pretty easily
3 distorted (overdriven) guitars already exist, or you can use limit on one of the not distorted guitars.
Flute and drum kits exist, we have a very wide variety of acoustic drum samples already.
I think there is a bell on 2023 kit but if not you can use detune, EQ, and reverb to get a bell sound using other instruments. You also could use sine
A custom synthesizer exists that you can use to make your own synth sounds, and also I was working on a dubstep sample pack but not sure if that will be added
Acoustic guitar samples may be added soon, as well as vocal samples
I have clavinet samples but nobody has asked for them, and I have a harmonica I could record but I don't think many people would have use for that.
As for additional orchestral instruments the problem is getting good samples that aren't copyrighted and are free to use. Think about the budget we'd need to record our own. I could make similar things using a professional synthesizer like Vital or SurgeXT but it won't sound much better than applying effects to the existing orchrestral instruments. If you have the budget to support an orchestral recording session though let me know
