I have a few instrument ideas/suggestions, here are a few:

• Sampler, which you can add audio files from your computer and have the audio file into notes.
  
• Taiko, can be added into the Percussion section, this would be great with the koto.
  
• Sound effects, can be used like the sampler.

what about free to use sounds and samples?

I have taiko samples that we could add, probably it will be part of SFX kit.

Free to use does not mean free to redistribute. Most of the time samples that are free to use are not free to redistribute. If you have a sample pack that can be used and redistributed without credit (public domain, CC0) we could add it, or if you find a tutorial for how to make a sound in a synthesizer we could add that too
