They are a monthly event of OS where OS users are given a theme and make a dong based off the context of the theme, to be judged by the OS Monthly Contest Voting Commitee (OSMCVC). Each entry period is between the first to the twenty first of each month, and the contest results are released on the last day of the month. Are you from Monty Python lol?

It's time to blow the whistle. I have been an OSMVC (Online Sequencer Motor Vehicle Commission) member since November, 2021. Since then, I have listened in on many of the industry secrets they use to transmit their information. Their desire is to control gas prices, with the amount of notes in a song suggesting a price. If you compare the amount of notes in each winning sequence for the past year with gas prices from around that time, they are nearly identical. This is beyond a coincidence, and illustrates the true colors of the OSMVC. What do they have to benefit from these devious actions? I have learned that the members Kirbyderp, Calico, and Bentoonie all hold several million dollars in stocks for oil companies like BP and Shell. I am still unsure of what happens between the monthly contests and the prices, but it shows OSMVC's involvement in global price fixing.
