Thanks! You mean the choir at measure 21 right? I first made chromatically descending notes (the notes go a half step down each time), and then added two more notes under it to make a chord. Then I moved those two notes around until it sounded nice! (the two notes don't even have to be in the key that you use in that section). The best note to start the chromatic descent on (in C major) is A. I hope this helps!
