Alt+ and Alt- now also set the volume for those who don't have a mouse wheel.

also alt +4 for velocity up and ctrl + w for velocity down

The Secret piano seems to have trouble playing quickly repeating notes properly

Fixed timing, delay and reverb for secret piano.

Note velocity is now used when importing MIDI files

• Ctrl+Alt+V will paste the copied notes at the cursor rather than the original location.
  
• Ctrl+Alt+C will cut the selected notes at the grid lines.
